Notice regarding Community Events in the South Star: This year we have adopted a new email format which will allow readers to click to many internet links, making the Star more useful and user-friendly. One of the links is to a Town-wide community calendar maintained by New Canaan-based business I.b.l.a.s.t. We have found the I.b.l.a.s.t community calendar to be the most informative and up-to-date source of community events available. Therefore, we are asking all community organizations who would like to advertise their events in the Star, to please post their event on the community calendar at Iblastcard.com. We will include mention of the event in the Star, and readers can then click to I.b.l.a.s.t. to learn of all details. By posting all community events in one place, we will be creating an extremely useful calendar for all New Canaan residents.Thank you. |
